TAG Forklifts is proud to offer the UK’s largest rental fleet. This means unrivalled availability and choice when hiring boom lifts in St. Helens and surrounding regions.
Leading electric and diesel-powered brands include JLG and Hyundai. With lifting capacities spanning 230kg to 450kg and working heights from 5m up to 20m, we have an extensive range ready for 1-12 month rental periods.
Our electric boom lifts offer zero emissions and ultra-low noise, making them ideal for indoor and urban construction zones. Dual front wheel drives provide excellent traction and gradeability for accessing awkward spaces.
With working heights between 12m and 18m, these flexible lifts allow smooth positioning alongside structures during maintenance and external construction activities. Their compact size means excellent manoeuvrability through confined sites.
The electric mast boom lift range provides lifting heights from 5m up to 16m for those hard to reach maintenance jobs. These lifts offer precise positioning control thanks to front wheel steering and tight turning circles.
Dual entry points allow convenient access from both sides during elevated tasks. The heavy-duty steel mast construction gives excellent strength and rigidity for safely lifting operators and their tools.
Our diesel boom lifts range offers incredible heights up to 18m alongside excellent rough terrain capabilities. These units combine four-wheel drive with oscillating axles and chunky tires for all-surface traction.
The telescopic booms provide outstanding horizontal outreach so operators can easily position the bucket right where it’s needed. Lift capacities range from 230kg to 450kg, suitable for two workers with tools.
Where electric units struggle for runtime, diesel boom lifts provide unlimited operation thanks to their fuel-powered engines. This makes them ideal for remote sites with no mains access.
These lifts reach working heights between 10m and 14m, granting flexible access for external maintenance tasks. The combination of lift/drive enables repositioning from ground controls for efficient servicing workflows.
